Guillaume Lawlor serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IncubEx Europe. Guillaume brings over 15 years of experience in financial markets, including more than 13 years focused on the environmental and energy sectors with expertise in renewables, carbon, power, and biofuels.

Before joining IncubEx, Guillaume was Head of Sales and Structuring at CFP Energy in London, where he led commercial development across environmental and energy products. He previously worked in investment banking at Société Générale, focusing on credit structured products, and earlier held roles in sales and project management.

Guillaume has also lectured in capital markets and energy trading at ISG in Paris, where he earned his master’s degree in finance.
