Marketing Associate - Chicago

Marketing Associate Role:

IncubEx is looking for a Marketing Associate who is passionate about our company’s mission and the potential of environmental markets as all companies assess their ESG goals and governments set new standards on emissions. A Marketing Associate should have excellent communication, organization, project management and administrative skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Content / Analytics:

  • Contribute to new marketing initiatives and ideas
  • Run marketing analytics and reports
  • Assist in the design of new marketing materials
  • Maintain and update existing marketing materials
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content on the company website

 

Events:

  • Organize and run a variety of events ranging from groups of 5 to 100+ people
  • Communicate with customers before, during, and after events
  • Travel for events, as needed

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Maintain sales and marketing databases
  • Organize and record shipments to customers
  • Provide support for multiple managers
  • Work closely with the sales team and provide support as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience with report creation and data analysis
  • Experience with content creation and design
  • Application/Platform Experience:
  • Google Analytics
  • Hubspot (or similar CRM system)
  • Adobe InDesign (additional Adobe Suite products is a plus)
  • Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members and customers
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Team player
  • Interest in financial and environmental markets

 

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of financial markets
  • 1+ years of related work experience (including internships); Digital marketing experience is a plus

Superior written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are a must as someone who is successful in this role could become client-facing.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Act as a central part of the IncubEx Sales team:
    • Execute market research and create reports on new opportunities
    • Plan and coordinate sales events and meetings
    • Attend industry events, as needed
    • Manage business development pipeline with partner exchange
    • Build and maintain sustainable relationships using CRM tools and databases
    • Assist on Sales projects, including tracking progress and providing status updates
    • Provide ongoing product support
    • Solicit customer feedback to enhance IncubEx’s offerings

     

    General Qualifications:

    Junior Analyst - London

    We have an exciting opportunity for a junior analyst to join our London team to assist with the increasing work and new projects. The role requires a numerically strong candidate who enjoys problem solving and has an interest in financial markets. Experience analysing data is desired but being a sociable hardworking individual who is keen to learn is more important. Being a small company, we are looking for someone who will fit into the team and is able to effectively contribute to discussions.

    The role requires running daily and weekly reports, analysing them and maintaining the programs and systems that produce them. There will be a range of one-off tasks and projects that provide variety to the role. You would also work on research and product development, looking into new products and areas for growth within Environmental markets. The role may also involve working alongside the team on more technical and financial projects.

     

    General Qualifications

    • BSc degree or equivalent work experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Some experience programming desirable
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
    • Ability to communicate technical ideas confidently
    • Strong numerical and computational skills
    • Some understanding of markets preferred
    • Ability to work independently, in a team and take initiative
    • Team player
