Marketing Associate

A marketing associate should have excellent communication, organization, project management and administrative skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers before, during, and after events
  • Organize and run a variety of events ranging from groups of 5 to 100+ people
  • Travel for events as needed
  • Maintain sales and marketing databases
  • Assist in the design of new marketing materials
  • Help maintain and update existing marketing materials
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content on the company website
  • Contribute to new marketing initiatives and ideas
  • Organize and record shipments to customers
  • Provide support for multiple managers
  • Work closely with the sales team and provide support as needed
  • Run marketing analytics and reports

 

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, marketing or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred. Digital marketing experience a plus
  • Experience with data analysis and creating reports
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, additional Adobe Suite products a plus
  • Experience with content design a must
  • Interest in financial and environmental markets is a must
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Sales Analyst - Chicago

 

At IncubEx, we believe that market-based solutions are the most effective way to address environmental issues and incentivize innovative green technologies.  As a financial product development firm specializing in environmental commodities, we work with our partners and industry stakeholders to develop and grow environmental markets while providing our customers valuable services. IncubEx is looking for a sales analyst who is passionate about our company’s mission to join our team.

A sales analyst should have excellent technology, communication, analysis, and administrative skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage various sales projects, track progress, and update sales teams
  • Execute market research and create reports on new opportunities
  • Identify key sources of market information and aggregate data and findings for sales teams
  • Track drafts and timelines on new product developments
  • Maintain client files and client database
  • Planning and coordination of sales events and meetings
  • Provide support for the sales department on an ongoing basis

 

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of related work experience, financial services experience is a plus
  • Interest in financial and environmental markets is a must
  • Data driven marketing skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish instant credibility with clients and business partners
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, database and word processing software
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • CRM experience and technical expertise preferred
