Lauren Paton serves as Legal Advisor at IncubEx. Lauren has over ten years of experience in the environmental sector. During her career, she oversaw all legal aspects of cash acquisitions of AMP Clean Energy for £63.1 million as well as the US$600 million sale process of Climate Exchange plc, an international financial exchange group with operating companies in UK, USA, Australia and China. Lauren graduated with honors from Edinburgh University before continuing on to graduate with a First Class Diploma in International Law from Lund University, Sweden.
