Fran Kenck serves as the Chief Regulatory Officer of IncubEx.  She has decades of regulatory/compliance experience in exchange traded products.  Fran started her career with National Futures Association (NFA).  Since leaving NFA, she has held executive level positions at Futures Commission Merchants, as well as Designated Contract Markets (DCMs) and Swap Execution Facilities (SEFs).  Most notably, Fran was the Chief Regulatory Officer and later the Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Climate Exchange and Chicago Climate Futures Exchange. She then helped launch trueEX, the first CFTC registered, Dodd-Frank compliant DCM for interest rate swaps and one of the first CFTC registered SEFs.  She pivoted to crypto in 2020, working for Gemini, the cryptocurrency exchange founded by Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss before returning to environmental products/derivatives at IncubEx.

Fran graduated from the University of Michigan with a BBA in Accounting and later received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management .
