Renewable Fuels Markets Specialist
Description:
IncubEx is looking for a renewable fuels salesperson who is knowledgeable about Renewable Identification Number (RIN) markets and/or Low Carbon Fuels Standard (LCFS) market. This salesperson should have existing contacts in the RIN and LCFS marketplace. This is a client-facing role that requires travel to industry conferences and clients. The salesperson would ideally be based in Chicago, Houston or NYC but remote work is a possibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a central part of the IncubEx Sales team
- Execute market research and create reports on new opportunities
- Plan and coordinate sales events and meetings
- Attend industry events, as needed
- Manage business development pipeline with partner exchange
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships using CRM tools and databases
- Assist on Sales projects, including tracking progress and providing status updates
- Provide ongoing product support
- Solicit customer feedback to enhance IncubEx’s offerings
Requirements:
- Knowledge of renewable fuels markets
- Interest in financial products, such as futures and options
- Superior interpersonal skills, as the role is client-facing
- Ability to establish instant credibility with clients and business partners
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Potential to travel approximately 30% of time
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience working in renewable fuels markets
- Data driven sales skills
- Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action
