Honoring the Legacy of Sir Brian Williamson: A Pioneer, Mentor, and Friend

It is with heavy hearts, IncubEx honors the life of Sir Brian Williamson with his recent passing.

Our condolences are extended to his family and friends. The Futures industry has lost a true pioneer and an even better person.

Sir Brian’s career in financial services spanned across 5 decades, notably as the Chairman of LIFFE twice and serving as a Director of several prominent companies, including Climate Exchange PLC – https://hubs.la/Q02WN_cN0.

Sir Brian was inducted into the Futures Industry Association (FIA) Hall of Fame in 2007 – https://lnkd.in/gmgpWHFK.

Sir Brian, or simply Brian as he would insist, had an instrumental impact on IncubEx from its early days, providing much insight and wisdom to the Board as a Non-Executive Director for over 5 years.

His counsel, guidance and friendship will be dearly missed.
