Marketing Associate
Description:
IncubEx is looking to hire a Marketing Associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies alongside the Head of Marketing, IncubEx sales teams in Europe and US, and external partners to align with the company’s business goals and product offerings
- Manage and enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring a consistent and targeted brand messaging across specific and targeted customer audiences
- Understand different customer bases and develop content ideas and strategies that reach the target groups
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives, campaigns and regular marketing material updates
- Help manage and track key marketing metrics, budgets
Social Media
- Develop and expand the social media strategy and reach of the company across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create original content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and marketing handouts
Events
- Conduct the organisation and execution of corporate events
- Planning and execution of conference sponsorships and complementary events
- Planning and hosting client-specific events – in-person and webinars
- Expand reach through effective businesses and associations
Outreach
- Build and improve direct marketing outreach via CRM, website and other effective channels
- Monitor and analyse social media and website metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing in financial markets
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Can generate original marketing and sales content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Office based
